Pendry's World of Chiles and Spices is the way to go when it comes to experience, quality, and integrity! Founded by DeWitt Clinton Pendry in 1870 here in Fort Worth, Texas. Less than 20 years later, in 1890, Pendry was selling his spices and spice blends to hotels, cafes, and folk far and wide. Just as Pendry himself once said, "the health giving properties of chile peppers have no equal..." and today we have come to understand the chemistry that aides our bodies in boosting appetite, promoting health by action of the kidneys, skin, and lymphatics.

We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality beef jerky around. We are striving to become 100% locally supplied by Texas beef ranchers and using Pendry's World of Chiles and Spices for our seasonings. Traditional flavors and new infusions are always in the works!
